Do you think a worsening temper is a result of aging?  Actually, most of the older people I know have learned to "live and let live". Most of them have realized the value of patience and self control, leaving the self-centeredness and petulance of youth behind. smile

I would say if a person is already blessed with an owly temper, it is likely to worsen with hormones--male or female.  Then as we get older, it seems we can control it better and getting even older...it gets better yet.

My experience says, as you age and grow, you become more composed and collected. You do not get angry and learn to control your temper.
It is when you are younger, you might be restless and have more aggression.
But again, it might differ from person to person. Some people have the mastery to control tempers, while others loose their temper easily.

Its the other way around I think, as we get older we learn to control our tempers better, at least that has been the case for me.
