Is there anything you can do to maintain your treadmill?
I know of people that need to get their treadmill maintained or fixed over time. I am recently starting to use my treadmill again, and want to keep it in good shape long term. Do you have any tips or hints to keep it in good shape? I notice for example, that the part I am walking on, is migrating to the left a little bit, and if that continued on it would eventually run into the left side, etc. It would then need to be fixed likely.
One thing that we do to maintain our treadmill is to keep the walking belt tracked correctly in the center so that it doesn't get worn out on it's edges.
