Which is harder, learning to trust yourself or believe in yourself?
Essentially they are both the same thing!
If you trust yourself you believe in yourself and vice versa.
Very often the (first) time we do anything it's a leap of "faith". One's confidence increases with each minor success they have with their decision making or they learn lessons on how to do things right from making mistakes.
I think I trust myself, but do find it hard to believe in myself, so I think believe in yourself for me anyway
Learning to trust yourself. If you fail trust, even to yourself, it is extremely difficult to work it back up. Believing in yourself is easier if you have a support group. But trust doesn't come with a support group, ever.
