    What's a routine you do to burn a lot of calories?

    I great way to lose a lot of calories is to build muscle. Muscles need a lot more oxygen, and carbohydrates to survive. You do not have to be completely hulk status, but just in idle (Sitting around) with more muscle, you will burn more calories, so, if you have more muscle, and work out, you will in turn burn more calories as well.

    Push ups, are a great way to increase muscle, and can be performed just about anywhere, it is a relatively simple exercise, and will burn quite a few calories.
    Jumping jacks are great as well, and running.

    A great routine to start with if you are looking to burn calories, and only work out for about 30 minutes;

    Situps - Do 3 sets of 20 (Or your max)
    Pushups - Do 3 sets of 10 (Or your max)
    Jumping Jacks - Do 3 sets of 20 (Or your max)
    Jog or run - 30/60s (or 30/90s if you are relatively new to running)

    What is a 30/60 or a 30/90? ; Run FULL FORCE for 30 seconds straight, and then walk at a slow recovery pace to regain your breath, for 60 or 90 seconds. That is a great way to burn calories and increase cardio at a faster rate. :]

      Thi is pretty helpful, and I didn't even ask the question. Thanks for all of that! I need to start exercising myself. It's a beautiful day- I ought to go for a run!

    Hi Zaiden,
    Yes, I do exercise. I try to workout everyday but Sunday for a break. To burn calories I have personally found that some type of running action works best for me. I am not a runner, per se, but I do go running once or twice a week. I enjoy running stairs and doing intense stepper exercises to work up a real good sweat and I feel I have do some good at the end of my routine. The bonus is that it really helps take any stress you are feeling away. Thanks for asking.
