   My family! When I think of the people who are part of who I am, that makes me happy. I feel like I was lucky to have been born into a family where everyone loves each other and genuinely cares for each other. A thought about any one of them makes me feel good.

   my cats, my husband, family and kids.  My ability to think, walk, communicate and create.  My home.  And most of all, the ocean when I'm lucky enough to visit it.

   Our life is a manifestation of what's going on in our mind. he quality of your life is in your own hands. If you have feelings of fear, failure and doubt it is because you are letting your mind rule you.
   Don't let those thoughts come to your mind. Rather focus on something positive, for example your good memories, hobbies etc.
