In 2014 what "bad habits" will you change? How will you manage to sustain that?

    In 2014 what "bad habits" will you change? How will you manage to sustain that?

    As the years roll by we can develop habits that impact our health and well being.  One of mine is not to exercise enough.  I have begun to change that and will increase my "output" this year.  I have made a "date" with myself for walking and yoga - its in the diary so it's going to happen.

    I am resolving to have a better attitude.  I want to trust God more and be thankful for what I have instead of complaining. 
    I am doing this by reading a great devotional and the Bible everyday.  I also pray more.
