If I suffer from OCD with counting compulsions and currently suffering with insomnia
then counting sheep (or anything for that matter) is really counter-intuitive! When you have insomnia what do you do to catch some Z's?
Try meditative drawing,like some folk art that will let you relax. if nothing else.
