Is there a satisfying low carb comfort food out there?

We all can come up with a most satisfying comfort food. However, what if we must or really should watch our carbs, and then we have those cravings or needing that food that comforts, is there a low carb food out there that truly satisfies?  If you know of a low carb food that truly satisfies, and do not mind sharing, I appreciate you taking the time to answer!

I like to overcook cauliflower a bit and then mash it up.  Add some butter and a little cheese, it almost taste like mashed potatoes

I enjoy a mock Mac N Cheese using cauliflower.  Cook it and cut into smaler pieces.  Season with a little salt, and pepper if desired.  Then add whatever cheese you would use if making regular mac n cheese..  Really good, even my very picky 11-year-old granddaughter likes it, however, when she is visiting I make it a little smoother since she does really like the chunks of Cauliflower.  Can also used Cauliflower to make mock mashed potatoes.
