Traditionally, many people have meant, first - "psychiatrist" and "psychoanalyst", adding "psychologist" later. However in Dictionary of Occupational Titles and in job searches, therapist includes physical and occupational therapists, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation therapists, music and art therapists, sex therapists, social workers, a variety of counselors, and about a dozen others at least.
