What is the best way to handle a crisis like situation?
First thing is first, slow down. You can't make a rational decision when tensions are high and you're emotionally unstable. It seems like you need to rush to find a solution, but taking a moment to clear your head will almost always yield better results.
Beyond that, it's a pretty subjective question. That's the best I can do for generic advice.
1) Analyse the situation.
2) Carry out consultation.
3) Take assistance of someone concerned.
4) Be optimistic.
5) Resolve not to indulge in a thing that might put you in trouble.
6) Ensure strong attachment with the God.
