What is your most important personal bill of right?
Sometimes we do do do for others and forget we have rights too. Do you believe you have a right to say no?
Yes I believe we all have the right to refuse to do things we are uncomfortable with. Many people don't use that given right, either because they are afraid to face what others think of them or are afraid of physical abuse. It most often is their own family doing this act.
My (personal bill of right) is to do what (I want) with my time on earth.
It seems as though everyone and the media spend a large amount of time and effort trying to get people to think or do whatever (they) think a person ought to be doing instead of allowing the individuals to choose for themselves. Dancing to your own music is a basic freedom in my opinion. No one needs to be told if they don't own this or that or aspire to be whatever it is...there is something wrong with them! Everyone says: "Love yourself" and "Be true to yourself" but then they try to persuade you to do what's in (their) best interest!
Life is a (personal) journey!
To say no, I don't want to , I don't like that, that I have choices.

Is it important to you to listen to the opinion of others, even when you disagree?Often we have discussions with others on 'hot topics', on which there may be much disagreement. Is it possible for you to respectfully listen and allow that person to share their viewpoint?

I was reading a threat started a while ago (and since then discontinued) about 'the ideal human' and was intrigued by the responses. I really enjoyed the topic and was wondering what kind of input some of you hubbers have as far as virtues are concerned.Do you believe you are a good person? If so,...

Whether religion/God is real or not, i‘m sick of these fanatical soul destroying atheists who try and shatter any hope or peace of mind out of believers. What is it? Pure envy that you have no faith? One atheist once confessed that the most depressing day of his life was when he realized there...
