    I used to do a 4 day plan which was strict but helped. I don't have the book here in Spain with me tho.

    Fill up on healthy food and drink lots of water. Avoid high calorie drinks and junk food. The idea is to avoid empty calories. When you fill up on healthy food you don't have room for the junk food. When you drink lots of water you are not thirsty. So you don't feel like drinking high calorie drinks. Snack between meals if you get hungry.

    I used that diet to lose weight and it worked.

    Drinking water and then the water completely with exercise and away from sweets and fats, pasta and sleep early try and you will feel the difference, but always remember to drink water frequently is the basis
