    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process.
Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve?

    Thanks a lot!
Here is my article: The Healthiest Meal Plan for Weight Loss - Washoku

Good morning mister chisanjo. I like your article. It is good to know how to loose weight. I found that you need to edit and check the punctuation of your article.

Hi erorantes, thank you for your comment.
Oh, punctuation! I didn't realize that.
Thanks, I'll try to improve it.

Here are three problems that I noticed.

It's important that the first text capsule is free of grammatical errors.

You say that "various studies"  show the eight benefits of eating the Japanese food that you list. You need to name these studies since you've written a health hub. A reference section would be a good addition to the article.

The four characteristics in your fourth text capsule are present on another site. Work on HubPages must be original, not copied.

Hi Alicia, thank you for your comment.
It is very helpful and I'll improve the problems you pointed out.

May I ask you one more?
Yes, the four characteristics are taken from the website shown in the source section at the last of the article.

What will be the best way to introduce such texts taken from other sites which I cannot really edit?
Shall I use "block quote" in a text capsule? or use a link capsule? or as you said, create a reference section and add URLs there?

It'll be great if you could give me a quick advice.
        Thanks so much.

It's good that you've added a reference for the four points. The callout capsule has an option for adding a quotation. One problem is that the capsule holds no more than 500 characters. Another is that if you added all of the material in the copied section as a quotation in different callout capsules or in a single text capsule as you've already done, it would form a large proportion of your article. I doubt whether that would be accepted.

What I would do is summarize or describe the four points in my own words and then tell people that the full or official information can be found in the first reference at the end of the article (or in whatever number the reference becomes once you've added other ones).

            Oh, great advice! Thanks!
I like using a callout capsule, it is a useful device, too.
I'll try and see which one works (looks?) the best.
            Thanks so much!
