How to Reduce Sugar levels of a Diabetes patient using Home Made remedies?
Example like the sugar levels have crossed 380 & the patient is about 65 years old.
To reduce sugar levels of a Diabetes patient, they must be encouraged to eat healthy diet with carbohydrates but the correct form of carbohydrates because carbohydrates has a direct impact on the way blood sugar levels are controlled, do lots of exercise as this lowers the blood glucose levels, stop smoking, drink sensibly( I mean alcohol) and to keep a healthy weight. These are simple measures that can be done at home by a diabetic patient.
Diabetes is described as a collection of metabolic diseases which results high blood glucose level due to inadequate insulin production or cells of body do not respond accurately to insulin. Keeping a blood sugar levels within the range is a huge challenge for diabetic people. Well changing some bad habits and involving yourself in physical exercise, eating healthy and avoid drugs or alcohol will do a job for you.
