Why do my toes goes numb on both feet, when I use my exercise bike?
what type of shoes are you wearing? It could be you are wearing improper shoes for the style of exercise you are doing and it's putting pressure on the wrong spots and creating numbness. Runners with ill fitting shoes have this problem as well.
I have experienced that and it was because of the footwear. It was not good for biking. So maybe, that can be the reason too for you.
