What do you do to fall asleep when you can't sleep and are tossing and turning?
I exercise Make myself tired and sweaty So I can sleep. And then I drink milk.
I drink milk. Don't use laptop. Try to pray and will allow my mind to cool off. At least better than having insomnia
Try meditation and yoga. I haven't tried it myself but some people recommend this for those who suffer from insomnia. Also do not drink coffee before bed time. Try drinking Horlicks or chocolate, it might help.
I begin to do the unthinkable, I get up and write about what is occupying my mind. Then within minutes I am back in bed sound asleep until about 7 A.M..
Meditate before going to sleep, keep your mind peaceful, and away from distractions. Do not sleep full stomach, or right after using your laptop, the rays from laptop keeps your mind active, making it difficult for you to fall asleep.
