Have you ever had a Sleep Study?
If yes, did you get the answers you needed to help you sleep better or improve symptoms during awake hours?
Yes I did. I found out that rather than having a sleep issue, my sleep problems are a function of my anxiety. My husband, on the other hand, has severe sleep apnea and has to use a CPAP machine.
