Have you hugged a tree today?
It has been suggested that if we place our spinal column against the trunk of a that we will receive the gift of life essence energy which comes from the Beingness of the tree. This energy is apparently quite real and will be of immediate benefit to us What do you think?
It does seem to me that we could all do with a good dose of positivity today! So, at the expense of looking rather silly shall be all give it a try?
Sally, this is real interesting to know. I wouldn't mind hugging a tree, if it was closer to my patio. But I could do it on the way back or to the gym this week.
I'll give this a try. The one problem I have here on our farm is ants. I may get more than I bargain for.
Sharing an energy hug with a tree? I'm all for it. I'll find my tree trunk tomorrow, God willing, and give it a try. Thanks, Sallybea.
I have not hugged a tree today, but I did hug my cat. Does that count? LOL Seriously, plants have their own energies, and why wouldn't we be able to exchange energies with them? We can talk to plants or play music and have them respond, which has been proven in laboratories. Don't you feel energized by a walk in the woods? I believe it is the energy the plants are sharing with you.

People are very closed up and keep to themselves in these times. But sometimes something may happen, or you may hear a story that compels you to give a person a hug, or someone could do it for you. How did it make you feel?

The poor things really have been beaten up lately. And in more ways than one.It really isn't their fault that their hubs were featured before they had a chance to edit them. For that reason, I deferred on my Amazon squid-harpoon purchase. And as to this thread title, you can start with me if you want...

Now before you all get your panties in a wad, I know the Rangers are not all red necks. BTW, as a young guy I was a Nolan Ryan fan at Anaheim. Used to watch him when the seats were cheap! But Lincicom is no doubt a tree hugging hippie, lol.
