    How do I improve the appearance of my CS scar?

    I recently had CS and laparatomy and really hate the ugly scars!

    Have you tried something like Bio Oil? (It's a brand name here in New Zealand, I don't know if it's overseas). Apparently is quite good at reducing scars - you rub in on twice a day for about 3mths.

    Also if it's recent - you need to let them heal too - they look worse while healing than they actually end up looking. My CS scar is hidden under a wee "apron" from my stomach, but it's flat, and pale, and I have no problem with it, but if you do - you could talk to your doctor maybe?
