How can I stop biting my nails?
I bite my nails a lot and wish I could stop. Anyone have any experience in stopping this horrible habit?
Cut your nails tidy and short. You can also bring something that can keep your fingers busy such as a soft eraser. You can also remind yourself by applying extra hot chilly on your nails.
