Can a person wishing to gain muscle mass more rapidly increase nutrient absorption?
Are there any ways to encourage the digestive system to absorb more of the nutrients we need to gain muscle mass?
My mate who use to be a South Korea commando and did three tours in Iraq said, it is better to get all muscle, by eating right and correct training, then to eat substitute food.
