I was told to to add to a 16 fl.oz water, 2 teasppon Bragg, half of lemon, pinch of ground cinnamon, pinch of cayenne, honey and shake it up and drink twice a day an hour before meal but what I didn't get is do I change the way I eat to help with the weight loss and walk? how long before I see results or is it something that just fall off?
I am unsure, but here is another fast but safe way to lose weight.
When you wake up do cardio for at least 30 minutes BEFORE you eat. This uses up more fat, and may even produce an after effect which will have you lose weight even when you're not working out. Take at least one day off of the week when doing this, though. You don't want to overdo it. And avoid unclean foods like pork and shrimp.
It will not matter how many times a day you drink that, if you do not correct the way you are eating, it's not going to be very helpful. Eating habits/nutrition are 70% of weight loss. You can work out 3 times a day everyday, but if your not eating right, you will be that little mouse in the wheel. You can not out exercise bad eating habits/unheathy eating habits. I'm not sure how much weight you want to lose, but I would recommend cardiovascular activities and a weight/strength training regimen a couple times a week to change your body composition (changing your muscle to fat ratio). This will make it a little more difficult for the weight to return if you fall off the wagon & start eating unhealthy again.
honestly, weight loss takes time. It took me 4 months to lose 20kg by eating porridge and became vegetarian.
I never ate meats and rice because I wanted to lose weight.

Is weight loss sometimes delayed?Is it common for women to not lose weight/inches till 3 weeks after starting a work out program? I noticed I will go down inches in my hips & waist 3 weeks after having a week of higher leveled activities (burning more calories). Now sure if this happens...
