Does meditation really put you in living in the moment?
What does meditation do for you?
Yes it can. You have to practice it regularly and make it a habit. To be calm an relaxed really helps with falling asleep easier. My stress level and blood pressure has also gone down.
When one masters the art of not thinking about anything essentially you are living in the moment. You're not worried about tomorrow and you're not reliving yesterday.
Now that's what's called living blissfully in the moment.
