I've been eating popcorn kernels to get rid of toxins in my belly is this good
This does not sound like a safe thing to do. You could end up with problems due to eating the kernels. Further, there is no proof that doing this will remove "toxins" in your belly. Going further than that, you have not named any specific toxins you are trying to get rid of or where or how you were tested for specific toxins so it does not appear that you know what toxins you are trying to get rid of. Eating popcorn is one thing, eating popcorn kernels regularly just sounds like a bad idea. If you are concerned about toxins or anything else, please see a doctor to discuss your concerns and actual symptoms or signs of disease so they can help you safely.
There are other safer ways to detox! Drinking water/ lemon water is one of them . It is best to consult a doctor if you have some health issues. Even a dietitian can help.
Wish you all the best!
Make sure you don't stand out in the hot sun after eating them....
