What Would Be The Best Way To Lose Post-Baby Fat Effectively?
I have been told breastfeeding is a good way to help you lose body fat along with exercising, such as walking.
You could also walk your baby in a stroller or I would think most any exercise would be a good idea.
Drinking lots of water, getting good sleep, eating healthy foods with nutrients, could also help, and you could also always get the help of a dietitian or doctor.
Well, I am not that much sure about this, but I guess Yoga would be the best way to lose post baby fat. To lose my baby weight I did a lot of yoga, walking, and running. I also ate as healthy as I could and avoided dairy and eating meat everyday.
