No sugar/sodas/grain in the past 2 months and not seeing any significant weight loss. What's wrong?
Probably because you are eating other foods which are high in calories. For instance, if you're drinking milk or fruit juices instead of soda, they are just as high in calories even though they are healthier.
What other items are you eating or drinking? You could be consuming alot of carbs and they convert to glucose, which the body treats like sugars. Other drinks can be high in sugar like marisa said. Maybe you are still eating things you dont realize have sugar in them. Do you write down what your eating or keep track of their calories and carbs. Thats the best way to see what you my be still doing wrong. If you added exercise you might be converting fat to muscle right now. there are alot of things to consider in your health, not just weight loss. good for you for making the changes, sometimes it takesa a bit to see the changes.
