What are the three daily practices to stay young?
Even though our genetics plays a huge role in staying young..
Three daily practices to stay young are eat well, exercise and sleep at least 8 hours a day. You should try to drink 8 glasses of water a day and eat at least 4 fruits and vegetables a day. As far as exercise goes a 30 minute walk or 30 minutes of another form of exercise each day is a good habit.
Healthy eating, exercise , and reading.
There are more to do to stay healthy and feel younger, but there are much more of modern life, health destroying habits and behaviors, that should be avoided as well.
