How do YOU deal with your negative feelings and breakdowns?

    Every day is a struggle to overcome "the trauma of the day" which is usually something from my past making me feel as if I am worthless and should just take my own life. Often times these negative feelings lead me to making everyone get away from me and then destroying thousands of dollars worth of my belongings, just so I am forced to start all over again from nothing. This is an unhealthy way I deal with negative feelings.

    The healthy way I deal with negative feelings is going out and finding friends, working on my next writing project, exercising, and finding anything I can to bring positive energy into my life.

    How do you deal with your negative feelings and breakdowns? Do you have friends and family to help? Do you help others?
