    You have written us another terrific article,
    "4 Amazing Health Benefits of Doing ‘Nothing’.

    It is often hard for us to be totally unconnected.

    I know.  I seem to grab my phone while I'm idly sitting on the couch.

    It seems I'm always behind schedule & I think I'll just look at a little bit, but I end up missing a whole movie on tv.

    This is great advice.  Thanks for sharing this one.

    I think I might like the Italy way of life.
