    Hi Pamela,
    So glad to read your helpful article. My brother has a Fitbit watch because he uses it to monitor his blood pressure. I am okay with that but I suffer frequently from anxiety and/or depression. Therefore, I feel I could benefit from an AI wearable device. Thank you so much for this good and useful article.

    Wow...who would ever think that artificial intelligence would help depression...but I suppose it is possible.
    It actually might help alot of people who might not reach out for help.

    Hello Pamela,
    A very informative and well explained article. I do use Fitbit to monitor my daily walking etc. Good to know that depression and anxiety can also be tracked and helped by the new devices.
