because sometimes the dogs won't answer!
The mind is constantly chattering. This "inner voice" never stops. Whenever, there is any conflict or bad situation this chattering goes in high-drive mode. Quite often, this inner talking gets vocalized. It is often a result of a very high mental pressure.
