That only could work with nonsmokers who were already smokers before .
The first thing to do in order to control food cravings it´s to start your day with a good healthy breakfast (fruit + cereals + yogurt or milk). The second rule is to never spend more than 2 to 2:30 hours without eating something. Third rule - keep your mind busy with other thoughts besides food! Oh, I almost forgot - Always chew all the food properly!
Learn to like the feeling of hunger.Get used to it.
Or, like Mark suggested smoke, and drink tons of coffee while you are at it.
Try consuming a food suppressant such as hoodia - or foods rich with fiber.
You are welcome to read my hub on hoodia.
Have a craving? Wait 30 minutes, drink some water, see if it goes away. If not? Go ahead and indulge...a LITTLE bit! Portion out a small amount and allow yourself to have it, but consume it with something healthy as well. Craving potato chips? Eat a salad with a small side of chips. That way you fill yourself up with the healthier choice, but you can also eat what you're craving.
I think you can have some plant extract such as the bitter melon extract ,it is really non side-effect ,more safe.
If you want other plant extract please contact JESSIE!

Lately though I have a hard time just not wanting to watch my portion size...
