FOR WOMEN WHO ARE PLANNING TO GET PREGNANT

   It does not matter what age you pregnant; you should not take drugs, drink alcohol, and smoke during pregnancy. When you do that , then there's a big problem with you and your unborn individual (s) The reason why this is it starts with birth defects. With that you unborn child may be diagnosed with dis function like autism, delay speech and others.
   
   DURING PREGNANCY
   
   You are planning to go out with your friends and have fun. You're friend ask you for a glass of drink. You should said "No", because you know you should care for any unborn child during your pregnancy. You tell you friend that you shouldn't be drinking too when you planning to be pregnant too. So, you just go on and have fun without drinking. That goes with smoking and taking any kinds of drugs once so ever. Do not let your spouse give you to take because is not acceptable any how.
   
   Be careful where you go because you know who cares when you are pregnant. Don't let you friends be part of your life because friends and spouse gives you bad ideas. Do not work hard because this part may effect your unborn child too.
   
   At the other way around, you force yourself to take medications when you are sick. Also you are trying to kill yourself, because you don't want to be pregnant in the first place. No, that's part of female's life when pregnancies circulate in you. You may be going out with you spouse but you have to watch out how you are doing to your unborn child. Trying to let old problems go away, but you have a big problem. It will effect you and your unborn child. When a child is born, that child will who is like no other with dis functional attitude.
   
   When you are sick during pregnancies
   
   When you get sick during pregnancies, you still can't take medication; The doctor is not going to help you; but you can think lots of water, better that that drink milk; raw lime. It may do you good now; but that's the least thing it could help.
   
   CONCLUSION : LABOR
   
   I conclude that pregnancy individuals should not be drinking alcohol; smoking; and taking drugs during pregnancy.
   
   If your pregnant individuals don't take drugs; drink alcohol and smoke ; you will have yourself and your health baby..
