I'm thinking of serving my friends some mocktails, any suggestions?
1 c. crushed ice
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp coconut creme
Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth & icy.
Top w/ pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry.
Safe Sex on the Beach
2 oz Peach Nectar
3 oz Cranberry Juice
3 oz Orange Juice
*Mix, add ice, & garnish w/ a cherry
Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
1/4 C. Strawberries
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
2 tsp. Sugar
Dash of Grenadine *Combine in blender w/ ice
1 c. strawberries
1 c. Skim milk _
1 c, Orange juice
1 Banana (ripe)
*Throw everything in a blender until smooth. Serves 1-2
2 c. frozen cranberry juice
6 c. water 2 cups orange juice
2 c. pineapple juice
4 liters ginger ale
*Combine juices. Chill. Pour into punch bowl over block of ice. Add ginger ale. Serves 20-24
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp chocolate syrup
Place milk, chocolate syrup, crushed ice in blender. Blend until slushy. Add ice as needed.
Coat glass rims w/ cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles. Top w/ a chocolate covered cherry.
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. coconut cream
Crush ice in blender. Add pineapple juice & coconut cream. Blend until all ingredients are icy & mixed.
Throw in a maraschino cherry. Add wedge of pineapple to top of glass.
1 c. fresh strawberries, de-stemmed & halved
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 c. water
4 med sized ice cubes
Crush icecubes in blender. Add all other ingredients, blend until icy & mixed. Slice a whole strawberry half-way through and place on rim of glass. Sprinkle w/ sugar.
3 oz Peach Nectar

Dash of Grenadine
*Combine in shaker half filled w/ ice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Lemon/Lime Soda
1/4 oz Grenadine
*Combine everything but soda in shaker half filled w/ ice, strain into glass & add soda
1 c. Milk
6 c. Orange Juice
1 tsp vanilla
10 Ice cubes - crushed
*Place all ingredients into blender a& mix.
2 liters Apple Cider or Apple Juice
2 liters Ginger Ale
optional Grenadine Syrup
Pour apple cider & ginger ale into punch bowl. Add enough grenadine to make a light pink color. Serve w/ ice cubes in each glass. Serves 16-20
I have never heard of the term Mocktails -- I need to get out more -- before. Still, I believed it to be virgin drinks, searched it and was correct. My favorite Virgin drink is Pina Colada. I just had it about two weeks ago at my brother's Rib Bar & Grill, and it was delicious.

If these categories cannot be removed from HP, could they at least be removed from the general forum list of most recent postings? That way, those of us who don't want to see all the ugly posting labels don't have to see them. Let the fight be in private within those categories, without stressing...

As I left the house in a hurry this morning, I forgot a glass with pineapple juice on a table. The glass was about half full. The room I forgot it in was closed and no windows were opened. When I returned home after about five hours there were a whole bunch of fruit-flies in the room flying around...
