What do you normally do on a day off from work?
Do you catch up on your housework? Do you plan a day at the beach, or a trip to the mall? What do you usually do when you get a day off from work?
For the most part it's catching up with housework. But having said that, it's really important, if you can, to have some time to relax and enjoy yourself. All work and no play is definately a recipe for low mood and ill heatlh.
I sleep. A lot. Then when I've overslept I usually try to complete errands and tasks that I don't usually have time to do.
My days off are for family. Spending time with them relaxing at home, going to the lake, visiting relatives out of town, taking them shopping (something that, at times, can be classified as a form of torture if you ask me). It doesn't really matter what we do, as long as we do it together (cheesy, I know, but the truth).
