    My husband and I would go to country road and take pictures of the beautiful views. We really admire the beauty of the different colors of the trees.

    My favorite fall activity is when my entire family goes to an apple orchard in upstate New York.  We spend the day picking apples and turn it into a potluck day! Everyone brings a dish of something to eat, and we enjoy the apples for a couple of weeks!

    The trees here in Texas began to turn color and to see the contrasts with the evergreens is breathtaking.

    Apple picking.  Hiking.  Driving around to see the foliage.  Getting one last outdoor summer icecream.  Attending the Big E (Eastern States Exposition - like a state fair for all of New England) and other fairs.  Columbus Day tag sales.  And visiting this local country market for fresh cider and cider donuts!
