Hopefully asleep! We're going to the Sugarbowl and I got some driving to do.
Family night! We eat lots of munchies and play a forever game of Dominoes!
I am staying home with the doors locked. Let the drunks have at it they won't get me.I am to scared to be out there with all the drinking going on.
Do you have a drink at home and do you watch the ball drop at midnight on the T.V.? Do you do anything special?
Gosh remind me to stay out of your neighbourhood. We [party like mad over here.
one night we were coming home from a New Year's party and driving past the ball park, up ahead was a car weaving like crazy, and then they started going the wrong way down a one-way street, so they must have been plastered.
this year i am hosting a New Year's party, and people can sleep over if they want to, although no one ever gets drunk - it's just if they feel too tired to drive home or just want to avoid the roads.
Staying home where it's safe! And watching Dick Clark if he's still around.
oh I will cook and watch NY and SYDNEY foreworks and be with my family
Cool, sounds safe enough...Have a good time.
you too KPartin, bless to your family as well
I'll be staying home. I prefer being home on New Years Eve. I've always had a bad time when I go out.
PARTY!! My middle daughter lives right around the corner from me, and the party's at her house. We're roasting oysters, boiling shrimp, and smoking a ham. Local friends, friends from out of town, and family will be there. Come on down, you guys!!
sure why not ahbee, Can I bring brewed coffee for you and some beef stew?
Oh! They are delicious! I love roasted oysters and boiling shrimps!
Just bring yourself, Maita. We'll have plenty! Oh, but some coffee would be great with my bottle of Bailey's!!
Going to stay home and kiss my cat at midnight. Don't worry, kissing is as far as I go with her!
This caught me off guard and made me laugh out loud to be honest with you.
Now that was funny! None of my biz, but why is a good-looking, funny guy like you spending New Year's Eve with your cat??
We rearrange the furniture so we can watch our town's fireworks out the large dining room window.
The town began setting off fireworks on the millennium. We had 45 minute long show that year. Every year since, we have had at least a fifteen minute show.
The party definitely sounds like it's at Habee's daughter's house. Wish GA was in driving distance!
Gosh, I do, too, KCC! Wouldn't we all have a blast? At least one other hubber will be in attendance - Randy Godwin. He's a hoot!
Me too. It took me 15 hours to get to GA the last time I drove there
Well I guess I will reply now. We go out to the Party the local Knight's Of Columbus put on. They have an open bar and most times it's Bring Your Own. They serve a buffet style dinner up until about 10 and then they clear it and serve breakfast from midnight on. There is lots of dancing and I made a hub for line dancing if anyone is interest.
Hey Sir Dent you could use some of that money you got for Christmas to get DSL and learn to do some dancing on the floor with your sweetie!
If you want to link I wil get it for you if you ask nicely.
Everyone, whatever you do to bring in the new year, Have fun!
I believe that there is a Party at Randy Godwin's Place!!
I think it's a practice party for his End Of The World Party!
I plan to attend a party with social dancing and champagne. Proably not as fun as habee's party, though. Happy New Year!
I will be sat with a party popper and half a can of lager this new year as I am already drunk, so roll on new year 2011!!
A few parties starting on wednesday and finishing on Saturday night...
