Japan, North Korea, Somalia, Congo, Columbia, possibly Greece as well.
The best bet is to check the UK foreign office website. They give up to date advice to travelers on where its best to avoid, and what precautions you should take in any overseas country.
These would have to be war-torn countries, countries having famines, countries blacklisted by your homecountry, countries with epidemics, and countries with high rates of kidnapping.
Just to be safe, it would be wise to check with your government's tourism ministry for information.
