Writer's cramp terrorizes me when I write by hand after an hour in- of course I take a five minute break here and there- but I hear other people have it worse than me. I find it is mainly a matter of posture, ergonomics and tension. If you sit in a good relaxed posture you should be able to go a few hours without strain.

Has writer's block ever affected you? If so, how did you deal with it?
