For a long time I have had an idea for a book. If I write it in hubs would anybody be interested in
I wrote my first book twelve months ago and didnt have the self belief that anyone would want to read about me, they do and it is now being published. It costs nothing to dream
I am currently getting a great readership for my new serial titled, "Revenge, Inc." right here at HubPages. I'll admit, fiction writing doesn't normally get much love here, but I'm doing my best to change that.
About your question, there really is only one way to find out! Give it a shot! By the way, I have a lot of hubs that are fictional pieces, so I certainly doing exactly what I preach.
i love fiction! I love reading it and writing it. Yes, by all means hub it!! I'm going to become a fan just so I can be notified when you do!!
Just a word of caution from one writer to another... If you think you might want to publish this story, you may not want to put it on the Internet. Most publishers will not accept stories that have been published in any form, including the web.
An alternative may be to save that story idea and use it for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) next month. I am still trying to come up with an idea for it. The website for NaNoWriMo is nanowrimo.org. It's kind of cool since several writers are trying to write 50K words in November. The forums and encouragement are great.
You may want to try a different book idea for Hubs.
Just a thought...
(Good Luck on NaNoWriMo if you sign up! I should go sign up myself now.)
I think that it's a good idea. I am writing a Western and giving my motivation at each step so that the thinking behind is completely exposed. I have never written a Western before, but I have seen so many that it shouldn't be hard, and this one is going to be mix of adventure, thrills and humor...with the emphasis on humor.

I'm starting this as a sharing place for all the writers from Hubpages who are doing the National Novel Writing Month -- 50,000 words in 30 days. For anyone who has any question, see the hub:National Novel Writing Month is here! Who's up for the challenge?http://hubpages.com/hub/National-Writin...

HEY! I have an Idea! Why doesn't someone write a Hub on "How to Make Money on HubPages."?Honestly! How many people have to try and tell the rest of us how to make money using HubPages? If a new one pops up right now (like one did a few minutes ago), what are the odds that it will...

This question is directed to anyone who has written, or is currently in the process of writing a book. Can I pick your brain? I am simply seeking some advice/tips from you hub authors out there who are also book authors. ie: Where did your book idea originate? How much time did you devote to...

What to do if you have too many ideas for hubs and not enough time?I hear many people ask how do you come up with hub ideas. Writer's block seems to be a big issue. I on the other hand have the opposite problem I normally have more ideas than time and find it difficult to focus on just one! Any...

How long did it take you to make your first pay out and how many articles did you write until you did? I am only curious.

Figures, the HubChallenge hits, I had tons of ideas swarming in my head about what to write, I sit down to write, and I go blank! It's annoying and it sucks. What do you all do to help you stimulate your writing or unblock your writer's block?
