I would sit down with a good friend (this can include relatives) and discuss the things I really want to do before I die. My friend would be there to help me decide which of them are truly doable taking into account my finances, my health, my obligations at home, etc.
The next and final step would be to try to put them in some kind of order. Since the date of passing is unknown, I would try to determine which ones I want to do the most; and, which are the most easily accomplished.
Then I would begin to arrange my life so I could do as many as I could before I passed.
