Well,i have this GREAT idea for a story, but I don't know how to start it.I can ONLY think
of a really good middle.WHAT DO I DO?!
Middles are good! There are actually books on how to help with that sagging middle. So consider yourself ahead of the game. You can ask yourself how did I get to this middle? How did my hero/heroine get to this point of conflict or change, jot down some possibilities. Then ask where do I go from here? How will my hero/heroine resolve these conflicts or change for the better? Brainstorm some ideas from there.
