Of course dreams can come true but surely not all dreams.

It all depends on the dreamer. It doesn't matter if u can dream forever, but whether if u can MAKE them come true, if so then thats no question to ask, but i understand. As for your question: the answer is yes.

    Sometimes.

Of course, some dreams come true automatically, without much effort on your part. You dream about walking to work, or to school, which is something that you do five days a week. You dream about brushing your teeth, which hopefully you do at least once a day.

Other dreams don't come true unless you fight for them. You dream about becoming a published novelist, you dream about becoming a doctor, but those dreams don't come true unless you are an active participant in making them come true.

Dreams can be true and comes true, too
It is based upon your thought and thinking.

I believe that dreams can come true, depending on how logical they are. The smaller the dream, the easier to meet, the larger the dream, the more difficult. Aside from that, I believe it's a person's willpower that makes it happen, their personal drive that pushes them to make that dream come true.

Dreams can and DO come true. But it is a bit more complex than you may think, and many who have not experienced dreams like this can find it confusing. How is it possible for dreams to come true? Iv'e never had a premonition, do they really exist? ... read more

    Yes, but not literally.
What we dream is the result of our believes, wishes, needs, wants and also the things that scare or worry us. So, if something comes true what we dreamed about, that's because we did something in reality to achieve that.

That depends on how hard you are willing to work at them!

I believe that dreams can contain some subconsious visions. I say that because we have experiences that feel familiar both in the visual and the feel.  Sometimes, you are able to connect the dots and remember it from a dream.  Maybe things are not so specifically alike but there are enough similarities to make connection.
