What do you think is missing when people don't care about the happenings in their communities?
Many people nowadays are either to busy or to selfish to care about what's going on in their communities. I can excuse those who are extremely busy such as single, working parents who might also be attending school. Others just think about partying, eating, and finding a mate--nothing else matters to them.

Coming from a very poor background, I have come to realize that most rich people do not give a rats ass about the poor! If in doubt, show me a rich person and you will see someone that has gone to great lengths to isolate themselves from the poor!Most rich people like to live in non accessible...
