Why is it that every time we get a level commentator status it never stays higher than Level 1
It can, you just have to keep commenting. I had problems with that too. It took me a while to get past that level, but i made it. You have to comment on a daily basis, and have people return your comments.
It doesn't even show as level 1 on your profile...
Like Jessi says u need to comment daily. Comments should be related to the hub and not spam
There are eight levels, and plenty of hubbers in all level positions.

How does Hubpages determine if you become a level 1,2,3, etc. commentator? Is it based on the number of hubs you comment on? The quality of your comments? If you comment on different people? Does anybody know? I'm just curious...

Why has my commentator level been reduced to level 7 from level 8.Who decides these things anyway? Is there a set criteria. If so what is it, so that new hubbers can follow if they wish.
