"A Child Called 'It'" by Dave Pelzer. It chronicles the abuse he endured at the hands of his mother.
"The Story Of O" As well the movie of it staring Corriene Cleary! It cronicles a love story of sever sado masocisim about a girl who loved her boyfriend so much she let him have her severly tortured.
"A Child Called It". It was so sad and so horrific I couldn't put it down...
Haunted by Chuck Pahlahiuk. It had a couple pretty graphic scenes that made me cringe. Never had a book do that to me before that one.
I would say any of the Hannibal Lecter series by Thomas Harris or one of Robert Bloch's thrillers. They aren't super gorey, because I would never read a book like that, but they are thrilling and exciting and graphically gross without putting me off. Hope you enjoy them!
