What is your creative idea for today?

Wow I have creative ideas all the time. Today, my kids and I went downstairs to make a stepping stone - one of four in a kit - and we had fun doing that. Then I stole an idea from the hotel I recently stayed in and filled a giant pitcher with water and orange slices and ice, and it tastes amazing.

As far as writing goes, I have an idea for an invented personality disorder that I want to incorporate into a short story and happened to find an incredible interest in narcissistic personality disorder at the same time, so I was reading about that.

    The internet is magical!!!

I would have to "say", to never be in a hurry. This simple advice is significantly profound advice in our present world...

Easier said than done for sure!  But, good advice.

Today I'm putting the finishing touches to my Jane Austen costume, and then also finishing off my new bracelet.  No new projects for me today - too many ongoing projects to get finished!

You can see a little bit of the costume here:

And the bracelet is there too, though the photo isn't great!

One of our rooms needs some touch-up paint.  The wall is white, so my husband bought a new can of white paint.  However, the new paint is slightly brighter than the existing paint on the wall.  My creative idea for today is: how to use the wrong color paint to touch-up the wall.

I hope you found a creative way to solve your touch up project.

my writing usually stems from whatever I am doing that day.  If I see something that holds my interest on tv or if somebody brings up an interesting topic I take off with it.

It sound like you like to go with the flow as they say.  This way you are always open to what is current and happening around you.
