What is your favorite fictional story? (novel, movie, fairytale, etc)
Novel: Once Burned - Going from being entirely alone to falling in love and the difficulties along the way.
Fairytale: Cinderella stories, different versions.
I haven't read the book but what a cover :-) "My favorite is Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom " Love the technology and that you never grow old - they just download your files and then upload to a different body. Most people have multiple Phd.....
Oooooohhhhh!!! That sounds good! I'll look it up. Thanks!
"I Stand Here Ironing" by Tillie Olson. More of an essay really. Awesome story, very meaningful to anyone with children.
My favorite fictional story is Alice in wonderland because it has so many odd characters in it and it is a fascinating story.
I love the novel "Lost Horizon" by James Hilton. It was the first paperback ever published on a large scale, and it's the story of Shangri La. I think the writers of the TV show "Lost" borrowed from it.
My favourite novel is The Book Thief by Markus Zusack. It was such a great story and a very unique one at that. Very interesting characters and just a wonderful read. The first time I picked it up I put it away again, you just have to get through the first part but after going through that bit it turned out to be my favourite book that I've read so far.
