Can anybody explain to me regarding the various capsules and their functioning?
The text capsules are for you to write in, photo capsules are for pictures to upload that pertain to your hub, videos are the same to up load videos and so forth. If you don't want to use certain capsules you can delete them by the red x in the right corner. you can choose the style of your hub before you create it depending on the type of hub you are writing you can use one of those.
Here is the URL to the table of contents for the Hubpages Learning Center:

The above information can be difficult to find on here, so bookmark it in case you need it in the future.
There's a ton of information in The Learning Center on all kinds of things. Take your time to explore it thoroughly. You'll be amazed at what you can learn. It's quick and easy and it comes from the people who wrote the Hubpages program and who make the rules.
Hello Aleysha Rahman,
In the FAQ section it tells you about capsules at:
Read numbers 10 thru 12.
In the 'Learning Center' there is more info about capsules at:
Go down the page about halfway and there is a subtitle: "Add Pictures, Videos and Other Useful Capsules".
If these are not enough, I just published a new Hub about capsules today which you can check out at:
(I am currently attempting to add contents to it to make it easier to read.)
Agree with the other answers, the faq section would be of tremesdous help.
I think you should go through the help page or the forum discussion on HP...Hope u'll find ur answer
