Greetings Ahmed and welcome to HubPages.
First I will tell you that the best way to get help from experienced hubbers is to open a forum thread. Click on Forum at the top of the main page (news feed page). Enter your question in the first box. Add more information in the second box. Click on Choose Forum and in the drop-down box, scroll down to HubPages Community and click on 'Getting Help for HubPages'. Make sure there is a check mark in "follow this discussion' then click on Post. It will not take long for hubbers to start coming in to post helpful tips.
Meanwhile, go to the link I put here and learn about how to get started using the hub tool to create a new hub:

I wish you all the best. Have fun.
I suggested the forum thread for you because there is not enough room in this Q&A section to get you all the help you need. The link I gave you will get you off to a good start.
thank you dear phyllis , now i wrote my frist hub , just waiting the the approve
Just click on the button "start a hub" on your right side at top and log into the page for creating your hub. Type the title in the title box. Then select the category of the article and its sub-category. Then click 'continue' button. It will take you to the format containing many capsules with instructions in each box. If you are having only text, then you will select the text capsule and click the edit button on it and post all your text body in that capsule. You may post some summary also in two lines at the starting of the hub in the summary box if you want. Or leave it and click the publish button on top of the page to publish your hub. Your hub will get published in some hours.

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...

I started using this blogging link to send my own hubs out of the hub nest. Soon, as I was going to make comments for my friends list I ended up reading other good hubs and decided to share theirs on my blogs too. Then the blog idea started evolving to help promote more reads and...

I'm sorry if this post offends anybody, but I am really getting tired of people who basically are non English speakers showing up, throwing a hub together without expending any effort to read the forums or the learning center to find out what they should be doing, and then asking for help to...

What is the best way to get traffic on hubpages? Is it by the quality of your hubs or the frequency of your communication in the community? I've seen different articles that encouraged people to get noticed by being more social, claiming that that would increase interest and traffic; and then on...
